What we ask.

A work email. An OAuth connection to a Salesforce org (sandbox is the cleanest path). One admin willing to extend the record-lookup Flow and pin at least one Screen Flow.

The add-in deactivates. Your Flows stay in Salesforce. Your data never left.

Pricing questions, answered.

Is the price really the same at 5 users as at 500?
Yes. €12 per user per month, flat. The org fee stays at €50 per month regardless of seat count. The price on the page is the price every customer pays.
Monthly or annual billing? Any difference in price?
Both are available. Monthly is €12 per user and €50 per org. Annual is €120 per user per year and €500 per org per year — pay 10 months and get 12. Annual is a saving, not a lock-in.
What counts as a user for billing?
A user is a seat assigned in the FlowRunner admin panel. You choose the amount of licenses you need.
What about mid-month seat changes, adds and removes?
Flat by calendar month. The seat count used for billing is the seat count at the start of the billing month. Remove a user mid-month and the seat drops off next cycle. Add a user mid-month and it is pro-rated.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card self-serve at sign-up. Invoice with SEPA direct debit or wire transfer for teams that need procurement. No minimum on invoice-paid accounts. VAT reverse-charge applies for B2B EU customers outside the Netherlands; prices are shown excluding VAT.
What happens if we cancel?
Remove the add-in from Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Google Workspace Console. Uninstall the managed package. No exit fee. No data-export fee, because FlowRunner never stored your record data on our side. Your Salesforce org is unchanged.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you want to continue, you add a card; the trial rolls into a paid plan on day 15. If you do nothing, the add-in deactivates on day 15. No auto-charge.
Where is customer data hosted, and is EU data residency available?
FlowRunner tenants run on Azure in the EU today. Data Processing Agreements are available. Customer record data transits our server to reach the sidebar but is never persisted; only user identities, OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest), and run metadata are stored, all tenant-isolated.
