What is the difference between Standard, Pro, and Enterprise?
Every feature ships in every plan. Standard (€17.50 per user per month) connects one Salesforce org — one production org plus one sandbox. Pro (€26.50 per user per month) connects unlimited Salesforce orgs. Enterprise adds custom implementation support and ongoing professional services — talk to us for pricing.
Is the price really the same at 5 users as at 500?
Yes. €17.50 per user per month on Standard, €26.50 on Pro, flat. No seat minimums, no volume steps, no platform fee. The price on the page is the price every customer pays.
Monthly or annual billing? Any difference in price?
Both are available. Monthly is €17.50 per user on Standard and €26.50 per user on Pro. Annual is €175 per user per year on Standard and €265 on Pro — pay 10 months and get 12. Annual is a saving, not a lock-in.
What counts as a user for billing?
A user is a seat assigned in the FlowRunner admin panel. You choose the amount of licenses you need.
What about mid-month seat changes, adds and removes?
Flat by calendar month. The seat count used for billing is the seat count at the start of the billing month. Remove a user mid-month and the seat drops off next cycle. Add a user mid-month and it is pro-rated.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card self-serve at sign-up. Invoice with SEPA direct debit or wire transfer for teams that need procurement. No minimum on invoice-paid accounts. VAT reverse-charge applies for B2B EU customers outside the Netherlands; prices are shown excluding VAT.
What happens if we cancel?
Remove the add-in from Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Google Workspace Console. Uninstall the managed package. No exit fee. No data-export fee, because FlowRunner never stored your record data on our side. Your Salesforce org is unchanged.
What happens at the end of the trial?
If you want to continue, you add a card; the trial rolls into a paid plan on day 15. If you do nothing, the add-in deactivates on day 15. No auto-charge.
Where is customer data hosted, and is EU data residency available?
FlowRunner tenants run on Azure in the EU today. Data Processing Agreements are available. Customer record data transits our server to reach the sidebar but is never persisted; only user identities, OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest), and run metadata are stored, all tenant-isolated.
Do my users need full Salesforce licenses?
Often not. A Salesforce Platform license covers Flows that use Accounts, Contacts, and custom objects; Flows that touch Leads, Opportunities, Campaigns, or Case features need a full Salesforce license. Each user also needs API access, the Run Flows permission, and the FlowRunner User permission set. See the Salesforce requirements page for the full breakdown by license tier.
