Artomation is a Salesforce-specialist team. We make Salesforce work where work happens.

We spent years doing Salesforce implementations and projects for a variety of companies. Adoption was always an uphill battle so we decided to take matters into our own hands and built FlowRunner.

Why we built it.

For years, our consulting practice worked on Salesforce projects and saw clients struggle with adoption. Things improved when Screen Flows became more and more powerful. We started implementing Flows that were designed to remove any uncertainty for the end user and guide them through whatever process they needed to do. However we still found some teams simply not adopting. The Flows weren't wrong. The deal qualification logic was right. The case-creation Flow was right. The approval routing was right. The problem was that the Flows lived in Salesforce, and the work happened in their email inbox.

So many client engagements ended this way: the Flows went into production, and adoption stayed flat. Our team kept watching admins ship great work that the people on the other side of the screen never saw. After enough engagements, the pattern was unmistakable. Arthur, our founder, argued the case to build a product that ran the Flows where the work was happening. The team agreed. FlowRunner is what came out.
