Who runs the demo?

Our team. Specifically, the founder, who is a working Salesforce consultant by background and will speak to your admin like an admin. One person on our side, however many you bring on yours.

Do we need to prepare anything?

No. If you want to make the 30 minutes go further, write down one Screen Flow your team should be using but isn't, plus one or two technical questions your security or IT team usually asks before signing off on a Salesforce app. Bring those. We will bring the demo.

Whose screen, whose Flow?

We screen-share. We run FlowRunner against a Screen Flow that approximates a setup your team would have, and a representative email. If you would rather see a Flow from your own org running through FlowRunner, that is what the trial is for: install the managed package in a sandbox, pin one of your Flows, and we will join a follow-up call to walk through it together. The first 30-minute demo is ours to drive.

What if we can't make it?

Reschedule from the calendar invite, or reply to the email. If a time stops working, move it.

Is the call recorded?

Not by default. If you want a recording for internal sharing, say so at the start of the call and we will record locally and send the MP4 afterwards.

Will we get a slide deck or follow-up after?

After the call we send a short recap email with the specific Flow we ran, links to the relevant docs, and the pricing for your team size at €6 per user per month plus €50 per org per month. That is the artifact you forward internally. If 30 minutes of live screen-share is more commitment than your stage of evaluation needs, the 14-day trial is the lower-friction starting point.
